Orascom TMT Investments S.à r.l. ("OTMTI") was incorporated in Luxembourg on 24 May 2005, with Mr Naguib Sawiris as chairman. OTMTI is a renowned investor and strategic shareholder in telecommunications and technology companies. Orascom TMT Investments S.à r.l. and its subsidiaries are primarily involved in GSM, Media and Technology and Cable operations, having recently expanded its lines of operation into new segments such as Energy, Transport and Logistics and Telecommunications Infrastructure and Brokerage Activities and Securities Issue and Management and Ownership of the Real Estate Projects. The Group operates in the developed markets in Europe and North America as well as in high growth emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa, South America and Asia.
